MY STORY
Building in Baja California Sur (BCS) has its challenges. Without proper understanding of soil mechanics, constructions are often short-lived, foundations and walls absorb moisture and crack, and building costs sky rocket. Materials are often poor-quality, expensive, and toxic. Houses have to be built to withstand the hurricanes that periodically ravage BCS. Inadequate orientation of a house can make the bills from running your A/C outrageous and your home uncomfortably cold in the winter.
